Katamarayudu is mass entertainer run on village backdrop. The story revolves around the Pawan Kalyan who stands up for the people he cares by putting his life on the line. He has raised his brothers (Ajay, Siva Balaji, Kamal Kamaraju and Chaitanya Krishna) singlehandedly. He is loved and respected by his brothers. But when the situation forces Pawan Kalyan to put down his arms for the sake of love(Shruti Hassan), will he do it?.

It is full on commercial entertainer which will be plenty for Pawan Kalyan fans and the family audience. Pawan Kalyan has dressing style, punch dialogues, high octane action sequences and all the right dance moves will entertain You.Shruti Haasan looks gorgeous and gave award-worthy performance. All the supporting casts performed well. Decent plot, Performance of Pawan, spectacular visuals captured by cinematographer Prasad Murella, stunning music by Anup Rubens and sharp editing by Gautham Raju are the major assets of the movie.

The songs and background songs also the plus points for the film, composed by Anup Rubens. Director has made the film for Pawan Kalyan and the mass audience. Overall it is a paisa vasool movie.

The pre-release business is huge as the film has been sold for good prices all over. With Pawan needing a good hit under his belt and things looking positive with some interesting trailers, it would be really interesting to see how this film will fare at the box office.

Highlights of Katamarayudu:

1. It is the remake of movie Veeram that was a blockbuster. Even though fans were disappointed to know that it was a remake, Pawan’s charisma just fades that impression out.

2. Pawan is seen in a completely traditional attire which is soon to be a new trend among the youth.

3. Shruti Hassan is pairing the second time with Pawan. Earlier Gabbar Singh was a blockbuster while now the expectations seem to be much more high.

4. Director Pardasani who earlier directed Gopala Gopala which is a also a remake performed well at the Box Office. So will have to wait to see what records are ready to break!

5. Producer Sharath Marar is one of the closest friends of Pawan Kalyan. This is a third movie in a row while the previous movie Sardaar left Sharath in huge losses, Pawan aims to make this movie a massive hit and bring back distributors to normalcy.

6. Anup Rubens composed tunes for this movie which are good. It is to be remembered that Pawan loved Anup’s earlier compositions and even appreciated for the work he has done.

7. Another important highlight is that Pawan hasn’t taken much break during the shoot schedules and was determined to release the movie by March and he is finally arriving on time!!
